Free cloud computing services

Are there any free cloud computing services? I need a secure cloud systems enabling me to lighten my own network. Basically, I'm going to accommodate my overgrown scripts, which are already consuming above some acceptable level of CPU resources of my own server (thus I have to share computer processing resources, while I don't wanna completely exchange my current server - mothership). At one point, free bandwidth is attractive as well. If I can add some more demands : ) Distributed computing is as effective as the distance between data centers. The acceptable geo locations of data centers are in USA and Canada around Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Washington, New York City, New Jersey, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, or Detroit. Is there some free web hosting service, any cloud provider able to digest my scripts gratis that which you can underserve me? Can you advise me any tip how to get cloud services around mentioned geo-locations (at no cost)?
